In the past our company focused on Mediterranean Spain and we have a reputation for integrity. Honesty being the best policy I do not believe that Spain, for the time being at least, has anything to offer for our conventional clients; holiday home owners and retirees.
My wife Valda is Latvian. An art historian, she speaks six languages and her family is well regarded throughout Latvia. Aesthetically I love the country; its peoples and its lifestyle. As a journalist and businessman I can see it has so much to offer for those who prefer four seasons to one season. House prices are low in this beautiful uncluttered country that combines old fashioned values with modern day standards.
My real estate expertise and Valda’s family reputation were more than enough to convince Latvia’s biggest and most reputable real estate companies to invite us to act as their international representatives. Our main offices are situated in the centre of Riga between the French and German embassies; the same block as Riga University and facing the internationally renowned Opera House. We have satellite offices and showrooms in Sigulda.
