THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY DONE SO Those who do are just like you
JIM AND VAL PINNINGTON FROM RAINHILL
A delightful couple in their early fifties, they have both had enough of the UK and at the prime of their lives decided to thoroughly enjoy the decades left. They sold their £140K home here in the UK, settled outstanding bills, put 40k in the bank and with 70K remaining bought a delightful modern off-plan apartment on the Costa Blanca. They moved in September: Val says ‘We’re just going chill for six months then see what we can turn our hand to.’ Update: I called Val. They are over the moon with their new lifestyle. Val's got a little key holding job and Jim is playing lead guitar in a local group. Their living costs? £101 a week inc. the car.
 | PETER AND LINDA FITZMAURICE FROM WEST DERBY
Linda’s still on contract to the hospital where she works so not quite ready to retire. A holiday home was uppermost in their minds. They found their dream home at San Miguel. The experience was so easy – and profitable - that they have since bought another two properties. Wise investors. |
MARY AND TOMMY FROM HUNTS CROSS
Tommy works for the Post Office and Mary for one of Liverpool’s universities. They love their studio apartment in Villa Martin which they picked up at a snip. Now they have bought a two-bed apartment even closer to the beach! Regrets? None at all! PS If you want to rent Tom and Mary’s apartments call us.
BILL AND YVETTE FROM NETHERTON
Their apartment was completed in June (bang on time) and since they’ve had a glorious eight weeks there. Bill says he’ll be popping in soon with their photographs. They and the children love it.
ANDREW BYNE FROM SURREY
Andrew heads the important membership assessment section of Britain's prestigious trade body. He was so delighted with his purchases – and the service received from Southern Comfit that he invites a call from anyone who needs reassurance.

 | DEAN AND MAXINE FROM KENSINGTON A lovely young family from Kensington. Dean’s a roofer and fancied carrying on his trade where the weather’s far better. The bonus was bringing up his two daughters in an environment which will bring out the best in them. |
PAUL AND SANDRA LUNDY FROM PRESCOT
His parting words after booking their viewing trip: “Mike, am I going to come back with a new home in Spain?” I assured him he was. Paul, a policeman of many years experienced, later wrote: “..............I am pleased to say that I have already recommended your company to a number of colleagues I work with.”
