In between we will show you areas, properties and lifestyle; we'll answer questions honestly. If you decide you wish to go ahead we organise everything for you. There's no loose ends with Southern Comfit. It is all so easy - and much safer than buying in the UK. All properties are freehold, deposits bank secured: guaranteed not subject to LRAU law.       We never realised  it could be so easy  Forget UK bureaucracy and prying. You need at least two nights and three full days as we show you areas, day and night lifestyle and of course properties that meet your criteria. We wll pick you up at the airport and drop you off at your hotel where you will stay as our guests. Alternatively if you are on holiday and wish to put a couple of days aside to view properties in your chosen location we shall be happy to meet you at your hotel or apartment and drop you off afterwards. There will be just yourselves and my colleague. There's no presentations or seminars to attend nor penalties for non-attendance. My colleague will be your host. We are sensibly flexible (and supportive) on payment schedules and transfers. Remember too; as Southern Comfit deals only with the builders there are no third parties to go through so you save time, hassle and money!
