In between we will show you areas, properties and lifestyle; we'll answer questions honestly. If you decide you wish to go ahead we organise everything for you. There are no loose ends with Southern Comfit. It is all so easy - and much safer than buying in the UK. All properties are freehold, deposits bank secured: guaranteed not subject to LRAU law.       "We never realised  it was so easy"  Forget UK bureaucracy and prying. YOU PAY YOUR OWN FARES THIS WAY THERE IS NO COMMITMENT We are flexible on dates. Ideally you need two nights and two days as we show you areas, day and night lifestyle and of course properties that meet your criteria. Airport and local travel is free. There is no need for you to hire a car. Our 2-bed apartment is €35 per night plus €45 clean. Hotel €60 per night per room including two breakfasts. Flight and accommodation costs are refunded on completion if a purchase is made.   If you are on holiday and wish to put a couple of days aside to view properties we shall be happy to meet you at your hotel or apartment, and drop you off afterwards. There will be just yourselves and myself or colleague. It is just like Amanda Lamb's A Place in the Sun TV programme. Not sure what to expect? Read our client testimonials. If you want a little space or an evening together it isn’t a problem. We are sensibly flexible (and supportive) on payment schedules and transfers. Remember too; as Southern Comfit deals only with the sellers there are no third parties to go through so you save time, hassle and money!
